Our Services

Individual Therapy
We will spend 1:1 sessions exploring feelings, experiences, and coping strategies with a personalized process tailored to meet your specific needs.

Couples Therapy
We will address conflict, communication patterns, cycles of behavior, attachment, and work toward deepening communication and connection in your relationship within a safe and fair environment.

Family Therapy
We will take the time to understand the family as a system. We will deepen our understanding of the interconnectedness and overall impact of family dynamics on individual members. Other areas of interest include examining communication patterns, roles, boundaries, and multigenerational influences, all aiming to address problems within the family system, including how these influence the symptoms of the individual members.

Processing and/or Support Groups
Therapy groups will be developed around different themes and focuses. Please contact me to inquire about any interest in joining a group therapy experience.

Couple and Family Intensives
If you struggle to find time or availability to commit to therapy on an ongoing basis, especially with multiple people involved, a therapy intensive could be a great option. This would include short-term therapy, implemented via multiple hours of therapy over 1 or 2 days. Please contact me to further discuss whether an intensive is the right choice for you.

Couple and Family Workshops
Workshops will be developed, announced, and implemented on an ongoing basis. They will include psychoeducation surrounding relationship and familial topics, and will encourage hands-on and active implementation of the skills you learn. This is a powerful means of connecting with your partner/spouse/family member in the moment and with the support of others experiencing similar struggles. Workshops will likely occur on a single evening or day, or, potentially over a few days. Please contact me if you are interested in hosting a workshop or if you are interested in attending one.
